In making different programs in the Microsoft Visual Basic, we need to be sure that the codes we are creating have no errors. But not at all times we can avoid these errors. But don’t worry as said there is a corresponding solution for every problem.
These errors are called “BUGS”. Bugs come in two types: SYNTAX & LOGICAL errors. In order to surpass this kind of problem in Visual Basic, we have a process called debugging – for me this means eradicating those bugs!... hehe...Whenever an error exists in your project a window will appear. This window contains three buttons namely: OK, CANCEL, AND DEBUG. If you want to easily locate where that error is choose debug button then it will show you your error.
When I and my partner create our project, we encounter these bugs. Commonly, these bugs are errors in spelling, symbols, variables, and others. Uhh! For me it’s very irritating that this window appear telling that there’s an error in our work but that’s ok ‘coZ we are able to solve it either by consulting our handouts or asking some guidance with or classmates. After gathering some information about that, we immediately navigates where our error is and that’s the time we edit and make some adjustments. Finally, errors disappear and we continue in our program.

The first time I heard “programming”, the thing that immediately enters my mind is “hands-on”... of course it’s very exciting because we’re going to the computer laboratory and do some computer works out there.
Our first discussion on programming is about its introduction, it’s tiring but of course I’ve got so many learnings from that - of how computer programming starts and how it works.
We focused on VISUAL BASIC. At first, I didn’t know anything about it... so I got boring... but when the lessons started and entered my mind, my curiosity woke up and I got interested about it..
That’s where it started, in every session in the computer lab we are always given activities to perform so I and my partner rocks on the way.hehe.Even there are some difficulties in making those programs; we are able to solve it.
As the days passed I am learning a lot of things. The basics of Visual Basic, how it works, how programs are made – making different codes, and decorating and enhancing it in order to made it more attractive. Aside from that, I realized that it’s difficult to make such programs. It takes a long time to write those codes and mastery in encoding is really needed in this kind of work, because even a single error or a single character can cause a “bug” or error on your work. Also our creativity is very much needed for making our output beautiful and attractive. But there’s an appropriate solution for that. Thanks to my partner for helping me in doing this activity... ;-)

The first time I heard the word “PROGRAMMING”, the first thing that immediately enters my mind is “ hands- on “, that’s why I’m very excited…it is of course exciting but somehow there are some difficulties..but in spite of the difficulties ,,I and my partner was able to solve it and we also used our techie minds for these techie learnings..hehe,..:-)
Time after time, in every session in the computer laboratory, I can absorb and understand the benefits and uses of programming in the computers nowadays... one thing i said to my mind " computers will be very difficult to use without these different codes in the visual basic..."
